What We Offer
Parent/Child Counselling
This collaborative approach focuses on strengthening the bond between caregivers and children while improving communication and understanding. We provide practical tools to navigate developmental transitions and resolve conflicts in a supportive, family-centered environment.
Interactive Workshops
Limited smaller groups of participants who meet for 6-8 sessions exploring a topic to improve well-being. Possible topics include: Managing Stress and Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Body Image and Self-Compassion, Managing Workplace Stress, Understanding and Supporting a Loved One Living with Mental Illness.
Professional Workshops
