FAQs
Individual therapy runs between $130-140 per session depending on the practitioner. Workshops vary depending on group size and time. Please contact Tara to discuss quotes.
While we do not currently bill directly to Insurance companies, we are happy to provide a receipt which you can submit. If your coverage indicates Counselling Therapy or psychotherapy it should be simple to claim.
Your first session will mostly involve you telling the story of why you are looking for counselling support at this time, and for you to ask any questions of your counsellor as well. From there, you and your counsellor will discuss your goals for counselling, recommended frequency of sessions, how many you may need, and any other plans for moving forward.
